If you're not yet a member, you'll find the option to pay for the membership in the extras section. On arrival at the club, simply fill out the form. Life jacket included Board and helmet NOT INCLUDED (you can already rent them here in the options)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Change Policy To ensure efficient service and proper organization of activities, we adopt the following cancellation policy: Prepayment All classes, sessions, and rentals must be paid in advance at the time of booking. Cancellations and Changes For all activities lasting less than 2 hours, you can cancel or change your reservation no later than 24 hours before your appointment time. This can be done online up to 72 hours before your appointment time, or by phone or WhatsApp up to 24 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations or changes made after 24 hours, or no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the full amount paid, with no right to a refund or reimbursement. For activities lasting more than 2 hours, you can cancel or change your reservation no later than 72 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations or changes made after 72 hours, or no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the full amount paid, with no right to a refund or reimbursement. Delays For minor delays, the minutes of delay will be deducted from the duration of the selected package. Severe delays will be considered a no-show. A delay beyond the booked time is considered a no-show in the following cases: - first-time packages or 15- or 20-minute packages, if the delay is more than 5 minutes - group packages or hourly packages, if the delay is more than 15 minutes If the delay is considered a no-show, the session will be canceled and the amount paid will not be refunded. For season ticket reservations, a no-show will result in the deduction of a 15-minute Run for each person booked. Severe Weather The decision to cancel or suspend the activity due to adverse weather conditions is the sole responsibility of management. Reservations cannot be unilaterally canceled by customers due to uncertain weather forecasts or the mere presence of clouds. In the event of a cancellation due to safety reasons or unsuitable conditions, a new date will be arranged for the activity to be rescheduled, or the full amount will be refunded. Acceptance of the Policy By booking and paying, the customer fully accepts this cancellation policy.
